By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, your sole recourse is to discontinue.
ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT
- By placing an order through our Service, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for your order, including the recipient’s name, delivery address, and contact details.
- All orders and other requests received are subject to acceptance by inbloom.id, and any of its personnel retains the right to reject any order unconditionally without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.
- Payment for the order, including the cost of the products, delivery charges (remote area), and additional charges (if applicable), would be made at the time of placing the order. We accept payment through the provided payment methods on our website.
- In order to provide security, all our payments are processed by Paypal. PayPal acts as a secure intermediary between the buyer and seller, ensuring that the payment information is not directly shared between the two parties. This reduces the risk of exposing financial details to potentially untrusted sources.
PRICE
The products are invoiced in IDR (Rupiah) based on the prevailing price at the time the order is placed. We strive for accuracy in pricing, but occasional errors may occur. In the event that an error is discovered in the price of the items you ordered, we will make an effort to contact you promptly. You will be given the choice to either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, we will consider the order for the incorrectly priced item as canceled. This policy ensures that customers are given the opportunity to make an informed decision regarding the purchase and that any pricing errors are addressed promptly.
DELIVERY
- We provide same-day deliveries for orders confirmed before 2 PM on weekdays, or 10 AM on the weekend (Indonesia time zone, GMT+7). Orders placed onwards are delivered the following day or any other day as selected by the customer on the cart page.
- We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order to the recipient on the specified delivery date. However, we do not guarantee exact delivery times and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
- In the event that the recipient is not available at the specified delivery address, we may attempt a delivery to a neighbor or leave the flowers in a safe location at our discretion. If neither option is feasible, we will attempt to contact you to make alternative arrangements.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services online, one day before the delivery date. Same-day orders cannot be canceled. As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced. Please note that once we have dispatched items to you, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us.
AVAILABILITY OF THE ITEMS & SUBSTITUTION
We accept orders for items subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available, we may have to substitute the item in your order with something of similar and equivalent (or greater) value.
If the substitution is significant, we will try to contact you to notify you of the change. If we are unable to contact you prior to the time we make up your order, we will assume that you accept the substitution.
INCORRECT ITEMS
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Services as soon as possible and they will arrange for a re-delivery. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for delivered orders unless the products are damaged or faulty. In such cases, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
